Main Card
Bilal Fawaz claimed the vacant BBBofC English Super Welterweight title with a majority decision win over previously unbeaten Junaid Bostan at Sheffield Arena. Fawaz appeared unaware he’d won when his name was announced, asking in disbelief, “I won? I’m the English champion?” before breaking down in emotion as the realization hit.
Official scores: Phil Edwards: 96–94, Steve Gray: 96–95, Bob Williams: 95–95.

Josh Padley continued his rise on the big stage with a composed, unanimous decision victory over experienced campaigner Reece Bellotti at Sheffield Arena.
The slick southpaw boxed smartly throughout the ten rounds, using sharp movement and clean combinations to keep Bellotti at bay, but the scorecards didn’t reflect the contest. Despite Bellotti’s trademark aggression and attempts to drag Padley into close exchanges, the younger fighter remained disciplined behind his jab and superior timing.
After ten competitive rounds, the judges returned scores of 99-92 (Steve Gray), 97-93 (Pawel Kardyni), and 97-93 (Jean-Robert Laine) — all in favor of Padley, who moves to 17-1.
Hamza Uddin delivered a career-defining performance, stopping Paul Roberts in the fifth round to capture the vacant BBBofC English Flyweight title.
Roberts, who entered the bout with a 7-6-2 record, was rocked repeatedly by Uddin’s body shots, going down three times in the fifth. After the third knockdown, Roberts’ corner decided to throw in the towel, awarding Uddin a TKO victory.
The win improves Uddin’s record to a perfect 6-0, showcasing his precision, power, and championship composure. His dominant performance cements him as one of Britain’s brightest young flyweight prospects and earns him the English title in emphatic fashion.
